lapin is one of the ocs from problem complex!
he is the head leader of the division and his primary goal is to secure the division and the world from breaches outside of the building.
being a hard worker, his skillset and productivity doesn't go unnoticed. in fact, most coworkers respect and appreciates for what he do.
when it comes to division, he takes matters in his own hands. the boss loves his performance and it's critical to bring changes forward.
he's part of a (cyber) sector which is a higher hierarchy/group at the division. similar to ceos/managers, very few are part of it and lapin is one of them.

synopsis
when he was young, he had a passion for knowledge. for him, he would devote himself to study hard so he can improve his mindset.
from taking notes, to producing complicated formulas, he doesn't let anything deter him.
because of this, he's always taking courses like computer science, technology, and anything advanced in his college days.
of course... it's tiring to do all the work since it's time consuming and all. still, he manages to get it done even on a strict schedule.
some other people are concerned that's he's pushing himself too much and that he should relax. despite all this, he still cares for himself and takes breaks when needed.
after graduating in 2010, he applied for the division to serve the future of the planet. once he got hired, he grasps training easily from the hard work he obtained.
afterwards for a long time, he got a promotion as a head leader.
he will work to protect this building and others from any chaos outside. to this day, he is content that he got this far.

the university he goes to is based on my dream when i was younger!
his head resembles an eye and a loading/buffering screen!! it changes based on his mood/situations.
i want to design a futuristic/surreal appearance because it seems fitting. (think of it like y2k/cyberpunk vibes !)
(not going to lie,, prior to his creation, it's complicated making concept art for him oof)
he loves blue!! speaking of... it's his favorite color since childhood! 🩵
he's friends with delta!! both of them are good friends before the division was established.
mostly, you can see both working with each other, but lapin is mostly alone.
he loves computers !!! did i tell you that he worked on several prior to joining division?
